The RESTLESS BY DESIGN coaching program is an 8-week transformative live group coaching program specifically crafted for busy ADHDers navigating the demands and constraints of intensive corporate and personal lives, wrestling with restlessness, overfilled to-do lists and burning out.

This program will empower you to:

  • harness your restless energy and channel it into courageous action with renewed self-trust

  • master executive function skills and build practices that are rooted in sustainability and resilience

  • go beyond just surviving to start designing a life (and a day-to-day) that leverages your unique strengths and aspirations

  • cultivate more joy, health, rest, purposeful leadership and measurable productivity (in whichever way you define it and it matters to you)

Who will blossom here?

The restless

Your mind plays multiple tracks at all times, and you know deep down some of that relates to a misalignment between your values and aspirations and the life you currently live. There is so much noise that unfortunately you have stopped trusting your own voice, yet it keeps speaking to you.

You yearn for a more peaceful mind, meaningful change, and a life of contentment, and you need the courage and self-trust to create it.

The burned out

Exhausted and overwhelmed have become your middle names, no matter how much you try to care for your mind and body. You know this cycle of “trying-to-rest-to-try-to-work” is not sustainable nor is it joyful.

You crave to feel more optimistic and rested, and learn the tools to navigate downtimes and come up and move forward resiliently, so that you can dedicate your energy to what most matters.

  • Absolutely! So long as there is respect for the safe space we are creating.

    This program is for anyone who identifies with the restlessness, burnout or ambition to create change (for themselves or the world).

    This program is especially built to be ADHD friendly, which means we will discuss brain functions and solutions that are incredibly relevant for those with ADHD, however, these practices are of incredible value and impact to anyone, and may be even easier to apply by someone who doesn’t have ADHD (lucky you!).

    What’s more, psychiatrists have identified that the pressures and overwhelming stimuli of modern life have created a series of symptoms and habits in “neurotypical” folks that mimic some of what we see in ADHD folks. Carrie Feibel termed this VAST (variable attention stimulus trait), and it is referenced in Dr Hallowell and Dr Ratley’s book “ADHD 2.0”. This is why if you are burned out you may really relate to this content.

    Ultimately, whether the restlessness comes from your brain or your environment, there is something that requires change. You feel it and are ready to create it. In this program I provide you with the seeds, and each person has the opportunity to plant them in their own way, and grow different fruits from them.

  • Thank you for asking! This is a live (virtual) group coaching program, which will be hosted through Google Meet. You will receive invites with the link to join each session upon sign-up and before the program starts. Resources will be shared as PDFs and Google Sheets.

    The program consists of 10 1h group coaching sessions & 9 1h body doubling sessions.

    This means you are getting 19h of coaching and support for $777, which is only $40/hour 😍 (compared to my coaching strategy rates of $500/h) - PLUS all the exercise resources are yours to keep!

    Can these dates change?

    • If these dates don’t work for you but you’d really like to participate, please email, as that can influence when I run the program

    • If dates need to change during the program due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be informed at the earliest possible date and accommodations will be made to ensure participants feel supported

    • If the program dates do not have at least 8 participants enrolled, we reserve the right to change program dates. If the program is cancelled, program fees with be returned

  • The first-round pricing for this program is a fantastic $777.

    With 8h of coaching + 11h extra of support PLUS all the exercise resources, which are yours to keep, this means you are only paying $40/hour 😍 for an incredible transformation and support in designing a life that aligns with what your restless mind needs.

    My coaching fees are $500/h so this pricing is pretty unique.

    This program is excellent in providing self-development tools and sustainable practices that promote an understanding of restlessness/ADHD and how to work with it, not against it, to cultivate a blossoming life (without a blossoming of your symptoms, that is).

    The name of the program RESTLESS BY DESIGN does not come by chance. Design both signifies the opportunity for us to design a joyfully resilient life, but equally important is reminding ourselves that some of us ARE restless by design, and it is not realistic to expect the restlessness to truly disappear.

    This is absolutely dependent on your own process of discovery and how much time out of our coaching you spend further exploring and designing your life. I have had clients start seeing changes by the second half, when we dove deeper into change making and skills building, while others saw a change in themselves from session 1, as they unlocked their self-love, self-compassion and a deeper understanding of their values.

    My wish for you is that the change comes when you most need it and design it.

    Coaching is a forward-focused process that helps people achieve specific goals in their personal or professional lives. In the context of ADHD, executive functioning coaching has been recognized as a potential positive complement to medical treatment and support, but should not replace evidence-based treatments like medication and therapy (see: R. Barkley PhD, E. Hallowell MD, J. Ratey MD).

    You will still have access to all the resources of your missed session, and you can reach out to me if there are any questions or support you need. Sessions are not recorded, however, to ensure the privacy of our coaching sessions.
