Return policy

Due to the nature of our products and/or services, which includes immediate access to digital products and services upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

By enrolling or otherwise purchasing a product and/or service, you acknowledge and agree that you are committed to participating fully and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law.

Terms of service

1. Agreement

By purchasing the any product and/or service through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the program.

2. Product And/Or Service Details

All features and details that are part of or otherwise included in the purchase of a product and/or service will be stated in the corresponding “product page”.

For any service that requires our presence, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as facilitator illness or emergencies. Any alterations to the schedule will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible through the email address provided during registration. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions and provide reasonable notice of any changes.

3. Payment

Payment for any product and/or service, when applicable, is due in full upon purchase and before the product is provided or the service is rendered. Payments are processed through Stripe, and while payment plan options may be offered in the future, any such options will be subject to separate terms.

As noted in our Return Policy, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds are permitted due to the immediate delivery of digital content, resources or services.

4. Intellectual Property

All products and services, including but not limited to names and logos, operational processes, curriculum, materials, content, deliverables and exercises are the intellectual property of Inês Pereira Pedro de Jesus and/or Loquat Collective and are provided solely for your personal use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any program content.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of information and insights shared during the participation in any services and to respect the privacy of the facilitator and other participants, when applicable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the rendering of services already purchased by you and before the completion of said services for any of the following reasons:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of intellectual property rights

  • Breach of confidentiality

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior

  • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

In case of termination, no refunds will be given.

Products and services provided are based on best practices in coaching, personal development, psychology, and other life sciences.

All results (such as increased alignment, job performance, joy, rest, or health) are dependent on your individual circumstances, environment, actions and commitment. Testimonials from previous clients is not a guarantee of similar, equivalent or any results.

Products and services are provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

You should not engage in any activities that conflict with your health, medical advice, or personal values.

Our sessions and content are hosted by Google and Canva. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
