Restlessness is a constant unsettling feeling that something is off and needs changing. Restlessness happens in the mismatch between our values, needs or desires, and our current reality and environment. Restlessness, for me, is also the perpetually-on brain of ADHD and anxiety.

Leadership comes in all forms. It’s in the teams we manage, the products we own, the audiences we influence, the way in which we craft our lives, and how we create systems for our families.

What is the connection between these two? Driving change. While a restless state can be negative, negatives provides us with incredible information about where we must go - it’s the roadmap. And leadership provides us the knowledge to create a change that is sustainable, resilient and influential - it’s the tools.

I work with restless minds that are trapped between ideas and self doubt take purposeful action and create meaningful change, through practical resilience and courage.
